A barrier to stop that would have to be quite high and strong , probably more of a hazard than doing nothing .

Feel for Mir. He had that in first race and would have still won in the restart if he had, had another front tyre. He must be gutted, but his stock has gone up massively.

Oliveira starting to look a class act.

Pol has jumped ship at the worst time. He will be number 2 to Marquez and know about it.

I’ve no idea how you decide to jump off and when? I appreciate a barrier approaching at 150mph it looks like the better option but even so......
