That's bad you arenr getting any information. May want to ring them.to see if they havent missed you out. The last I hear they are still in talks with their insurers and the website I bought my tickets from said they are ready to sort out their customers as soon as Silverstone make a final decision

So has anyone heard anymore from this? Has anyone got their money back or am I the only one who they have forgotten about?

I had a full refund including parking fee and handling charge about 10 days ago Rossgo.

If you paid by credit card they may have already reimbursed your card with a credit and forgot to inform you, or the letter is lost in the post

I would give them a ring. I did and they were very helpful. I'm sure you will get sorted out.

Just got off the phone to them and they said there are so many people they are going through and as its all manually being done it is taking them time. She fully understood where i was coming from but said i wasn't forgotten about. She said it should all be completed by the end of this week and I should get confirmation of that when it is done. She said there is spreadsheet after spread sheet of people they are going through!!
