The engines are sealed for the season you aren't allowed to upgrade the internals
which is why they would change the mapping or the other running gear, aerodynamics - whatever makes a difference

aero updates are limited to 1 per season , I'm not sure what you mean by running gear and Cal has LCR electronics engineers who I'm pretty sure wouldn't attempt to slow down their rider , there is very little you can change during the season nowadays even all the gearbox ratios are chosen and fixed pre season , without resorting to some form of skullduggery I don't see that its possible for HRC to scupper Cals chances , the only thing that could really make a difference is if the HRC electronics engineers come up with something that improves the bike and don't pass that information on , that wouldn't hurt Cal but it would give the HRC riders an advantage over him .

Yamaha have reportedly warned Uccio is he behaves like that again as he did to Marquez, he will be banned from the garage.

he's not employed by Yamaha, so it's not his place to tell riders if they're allowed in the garage or not.

The report I read said he told him to piss off and never set foot in the Yamaha garage again
