Yes but what would make him fixate on that. Normally fixation is a survival reaction, nothing in that to trigger an SR, I would have thought lol.

To be fair it looks like he locked the rear just before the line by the black line that he leaves, maybe going a bit faster than expected but it all amounts to the same thing:

Skid -> panic -> wall
