A few renderings of the proposed Ducati eletcric superbike. Reports are that details may be announced at EICMA in November.

If they cut gills into that sheet of fairing I think that would look lovely. But that will defo only be for the rich lads of the world lol

It looks just as one would expect, doesn't it. -Suggests that the designers have got that about right..

Longer travel on the front forks hinting at coping with the weight of the battery ?

Was it BMW who piped engine noise via the cars stereo in one of the electric sports cars?

You could imagine some kind of speakers being developed for your lid so that you could hear the engine/exhaust noise.

I think a few manufacturers now pipe fake exhaust noises into the cabin.

can't fathom why the rear shock isn't central now there is no exhaust in the way

it is surprising there are no cooling vents for the battery and electronics, they are more efficient the colder they are .

Perhaps to place it inline with the centre-line of the single sided swingarm mate.?

My Multi has an offset rear shock yet the 748 is central.

Yes very common, my GTI has a Soundaktor. Google it.
