Looking carefully at the footage, it seemed that the guy who hitched a ride & then threw a punch at the rider he'd hijacked was the one who actually seemed to cause it when he wobbled across against the other bike.?
The fact that he then proceeded to amble carelessly across the path of the next bunch of riders makes me think "ignorant narcissistic twunt" ?
