it makes no difference if people are fast or slow, as long as they are within their capabilities....but that rider was sh!te haha!! Seriously he was a danger to the cyclist, he should of just let him crack on with it and fell back, that cyclist was easily reaching 30mph with racing lines, I dont even know what line that rider was using lol
