What a numpty, who rides a bike & then sits in a queue of traffic rather than filtering past it.??
He looked surprised & more compliant than the thieving Twunts would usually be.
100 hours community service (& that includes driving with out a licence, insurance & being in possession of drugs) is hardly sending a deterrent message to the thieving scum community.??
