I think the farmer who owns that will no doubt surface next, as StMarks said I would be pissed off if they wrecked my property. Why did they even try to go there, I cant see where they are supposed to be in terms of a path, and if they were allow it would have a gate/ stile to get over not an electric fence! Which is obviously there for a reason..
However I cant see any signs saying electrified fence which is should have.

Makes me really made idiots like this give others a bad name why would you not respect some one else's property. Looking at them they really did not need to take a more changeling route maybe they should just stick to the cycle paths.

We live next to a cycle path and go for walk etc. This time of year is horrendous as we get what me and the Mrs call January Warriors people who come out in brand new fitness gear and don't really have any consideration for any one else using the path way. they soon disperse by mid Feb.

Fwiw the effect of an electric fence is quite apparent, but the current it supplies is negligible. Ii will not harm anyone, even someone with a pacemaker.

Aren't they designed to keep the animals away from the fence rather than **** trying to break in?
