Scooter v Biker

Not sure if you've seen this one before.

There's a long explanation at the start of the video. If you want to skip that go to 1.30 for the incident.

I know he says at the start of the vid his mate doesnt blame the kid on the ped coz he left his indicator on and didnt life save to the left but I was told quite clearly by my instructor to not life save when turning left and personally feel the scooter kid is in the wrong as he shouldnt have undertook them plus he takes his eye off the road ahead before hitting the guy.

I was taught a while ago and we were told about the lifesaver on the left but only if you've overtaken something or if there are pedestrians or cyclists near the junction.

You don't undertake like that. You can see the motorbike is to the left. He's not watching where he's going.

Scooterists fault, but poor the biker was poor round the roundabout as well. No lifesavers their either plus never put left indicator on to show his intention to leave the roundabout.

As I read the writing I honestly was thinking it would be the bikers fault (who was poor with indiction and observation), but the scooter guy is clearly goading them as he undertakes the first guy and isn't watching where he is going.

Frankly, I didn't exactly warm to the potty mouthed dick who posted the video. Far too up himself, & overtly aggressive for me

Scooter boy made a mistake, partially attributable to the error of bike rider.
No one was hurt, everyone learnt from it.

LOL. I believe that solicitors are quite adept in taking something you said, and turning it into something you really didn't intend to say. ;)

:^ ...or was it that they are gifted at getting to the truth.? (giggle)
