Sunday 4th May - Wales Rideout

Post by Kwacky »

Rain stopped play last weekend. I know a few of you can't make this one but I'm determined to get out on the bike for something other than work.

Kidderminster, Quatt Cafe, Much Wenlock, Church Stretton or Craven Arms, Welshpool, Newtown for a play on the A483 then one of the routes back.

I am happy to meet at the M42 service station if anyone wants to.

I'll do ETAs once I get an idea of numbers.

It'll be a medium paced ride. The roads are in poor condition and the weather means there's a lot of mud about.

I'd need to check with the one that organises my diary, but I'm fairly sure Sunday is free. Just had a quick look at the long term forecast and it's showing indications of drying up :)

Would be good to meet up either on the M42 as before (y)

Edit: the diary organiser has cleared me for a day out (happy)

Monday mate. But going with my two sons and nephew in the car so if you see a middle age man with nerves shot to piece's and 3 kids running right and causing havoc give me a wave, better still throw me a valium or shoot me (facepalm)

O think there may be a ride out from 675 Kwacky however I believe it is on the Monday instead. I am checking it to see when it will be as I can't do the weekend.
Take a little look may not interest you/too far etc, I think it's to loomies. I'm not to bothered about staying there I just want to ride tbh!!

Can do mate, I've got an all day pass so happy to come up towards you. Failing that I'm going to head down to the coast, try out the tyres on some of the roads I know well that way. (plus the weather is supposed to be good so the "scenery" should be nice on the coast ;) )
