@itchy, as blade said. Mallory is really easy to learn, yet tricky enough to challenge you as you get quicker. I would also suggest spending time with one of the instructors, I went out with one of the no limits guys at donnington and the help and advice both on and of track was fantastic.

I can't justify three bikes and wouldn't want two sportsbikes.

It was like a family outing with these three. The Daddy (ZX10R), knows everything, can do everything and packs a massive punch. The precocious young scamp (ZX6R), can do everything the dad can do, maybe not punch so hard but a bit lighter on his feet and given half a chance will get up to all kinds of shenanigans with his Dad. Then there's Big Momma (Z1000). She may not be as nimble as the others, but she has a heart of gold and enough wallop to give the other two an ear bashing from time to time!

The aftermath ;(

And finally, the buggy genocide of a good day...

Think I've worked it out, did you throw yourself under the bike when you crashed?

You're no wobbler Itchy, just look at the complete lack of chicken strips.

Must admit those roads in Mac Forrest were pants, I was trying to find a road I'd seen on google maps. Plus I'd agree the Cat and Fiddle desperately needs resurfacing, not that I'd use it much if they did.

But that Mortimer road made up for it, absolutely stunning, and possible the best road in the Peaks. I'd been down it in the car 12 months ago and it was ok, but now they've completely resurfaced it (not just surface dressed it) it's a bloody race track. Thank you South Yorkshire council.

No, I was on the top of it bending the right hand mirror forward! I still haven't sorted that!
I want to go and do it now but we've got family round, apparently that would be rude!

Just a bit of skin off and some bruising mate. It was a bit tender yesterday which my mate used to great effect during a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu session. And I keep catching it when I put my hand in my pocket!

But otherwise all good, cheers for asking bruv!
