Peak District - Saturday 2nd August
Plan to meet for breakfast at the Royal Oak at 10am, and get out on the bikes for around 11am. My pass is stamped for the whole day but as the Peaks is so small we'll never be more than 45 minutes from where we start. So people can drop off as they like.

Will be the usual mix of fast scary b roads and beautiful scenery, but plan to stay away from the touristy stuff as it will be full of caravans in August.
Couple of the lads are coming up from London and we'll be staying at the pub from Wednesday to Friday night, so if anyone local fancies a beer in the week let me know.

There will be plenty more over the summer Duke. I just put this one in the diary as it's a definite date because we booked the Barn at the pub for a few days.

It's been gone nearly three weeks already and they are saying 99% of straight forward renewals are done in 4 weeks so i'm not getting worried yet.C00kiemonster wrote:duke63 wrote:Will be on holiday.............................if my passport arrives on time.

There's a camp bed in the garage with your name on it.C00kiemonster wrote:I might...Kwacky wrote:I htought Cookie was joining us when I saw the reply to the thread.
