Cadwell Park Track Day - SUNDAY 6th July
Just wondering if anyone would fancy doing a TD at Cadwell. Bonus being is that its on a Sunday.
Really fancy doing Cadwell as not done it before. Be good to get a few of us booked on here.
Being run by No Limits. They are also doing the evening there but with 3hr+ drive home I doubt I will be doing that as well

I might be tempted by that. I'll have to see what wifey has planned for that weekend. I'll have to ride up on the Saturday and crash somewhere.

Re: Cadwell Park Track Day - SUNDAY 6th July
I'm on the bike. They'll be ruined.
I know what's coming. She kicked off yesterday about the garden. It needs gutting, we need a tree cutting down, the hedge needs thinning, we need a fence putting in, the lawn is like the Somme, the shed needs waterproofing etc etc. I've been spending a lot of time and money on the bike and on bike related things.
So I'll deal with it in my usual way - go to the gym, come home, walk the dog, have a shower, say I'm knackered, go to bed

Pre-empt to whole discussion and organise a gardener/handyman to come and give you a quote - it will at least give you a few days of peace and quiet

Yeah, you see, we're thinking on the same wavelength.
We've had the tree surgeon out twice now

nearest place to stay is the Green Man in Scamblesby less than 10 mins away , landlord is a grumpy Aussie , I think he's hilarious ,they do a lovely Ham Egg and Chips , breakfast is more than adequate and they have a large friendly dog - shared bathroom (not with the dog) , I like it but I'm easily pleased.

I always camp, if I'm staying overnight at Cadwell. For me it's probably actually become part of the fun, takes me back....Kwacky wrote:How poor do you think I am?StMarks wrote:

Actually, scrub that, I've just realised I lied.
I went there about 5 years ago with by trackday buddy & our respective girlfriends of the time. That time we stayed in a place that had it's own swimming pool.

Will you be in Inters? (see my recent thread in biking banter)
If so, I will join you and you can show me the way round.

All booked up.
As mentioned in the other thread, Inters fullly booked - have gone for the novices as I am nowhere near quick enough for fast.
