Shropshire Wednesday Night Bike Meet

The Wheel in Worfield stopped accepting bikes on the regular Wednesday night due to the locals complaining of the noise etc which wasnt an issue as the Swancote soon cottoned on and ran the gauntlet doing the Wednesday meet which turned out to be bigger and better (only a futher 4 miles up the road towards Bridgenorth)
However, due to a drugs raid, the Swancote has now shutdown, leaving 500+ bikers with no fixed abode apart from a little country pub which hasnt got the room or facilities. Theres a layby opposite the pub which is utilized but you either get blocked in or bikes are left with the rear of the bike protruding the busy A Road.

I'm now looking for a local'ish Wednesday night meet to end up at following a spirited ride out, as the family Spudda accept that I go out on a Wednesday for around 3 hours with like minded folk

Anybody know of a Staffordshire / Shropshire bike meet ??

Im considering knocking Wednesday nights on the head and going to the bike meet on a Thursday at the Raven (A41 near Whitchurch) if I cant find anything else on a Wednesday

Spudda, the Warwickshire and West Midlands Bikers group lists all of the local nightly meets. Join that group and ask as a lot of them do a few meets each week.

We used to go to Hatton and just had a look and found this on a forum.

There is a bike meet at the cafe on the A518 Weston to Uttoxeter road and i think that's on a Wednesday. I've never been myself though and when the owners told me the cops had been out last summer due to **** wheeling up and down the main road it didn't encourage me to go and take a look.

They did say any issues were now sorted though.

I went to this last night ... looks like we've finally got a venue which will grow and grow.
Good roads, good sized tarmac carpark, good facilities and a motorcycle stunt team who section off some of the carpark to practice

I'd say there where 100+ bikes there last night
