@Cav yes mate very. Sad to see the Daytona go but very happy with the Speed3.Cav wrote:Happy days mate You happy with it?
@Frankie to south london and home. Wasnt too bad on the way down apart from the m25. Coming home was a nightmare. Took me 3 hours to get 20 mile North of London at the first M1 services, quick coffee and then crawled up the M1 before I got off motorway for a little final twisty section.

So was that down on the 675 I take it? How did you find them back to back?

Re: Blades Speed Triple
Yes down on the 675 mate. Back to back, is hard to say as complete opposites but both great bikes. I would say the s3 is better put together and Triumph quality has moved on. Obviously there is a big difference in seating position but I've never had an issue on sportsbikes for comfort tbh. One thing I did notice is when I got home my neck was rigid. Not sure if that's the wind blast of a naked or just the fact of not moving when slogging it out on a busy congested motorway, I'm hoping it's the latter.kiwikrasher wrote:So was that down on the 675 I take it? Re: Blades Speed Triple
It'll be both. You really do need to use your neck muscles to combat the wind blast.

Re: Blades Speed Triple
It's got the optional Triumph fly screen which looks great but as its very small not sure how effective it will beKwacky wrote:It'll be both. You really do need to use your neck muscles to combat the wind blast.

Re: Blades Speed Triple
They do make a difference. I think Powerbronze do one but it's a bit bigger. It depends if you want style or function. I had one of their screens on my Street.

Re: Blades Speed Triple
Going through the paperwork and just found an invoice for official Triumph accessories fitted to the bike and it's for £1700
I was a bit shocked at that, but that's just the offical accessories and there is quite alot of other aftermarket tasty bits on there also.
Shes got some lovely bits on her and I'm well chuffed. Going to go and have a good poke around her in the man cave now and see what shes really like

Re: Blades Speed Triple
I think Puig make a screen that works. I got neck ache on mine the first time I used it on the motorway but I haven’t experienced that on A and B roads.
Enjoy the bike. It looks fantastic.
