Yup, my disclaimer is that they were on the SuperDuke GT, it's hard on the rear tyre with that large V-twin hammering away at it... Not had a single moment of doubt with the Conti RA3's though.

Avon AV66 Storm 3D Ultra X-M is the tyres mate, I have had two sets now and liked them, not on them now though....

Got supercorsa on at the moment but want something more all round. Good in the wet and cold as well as the warmth and dry, does these fit the bill?

One question how hard is the carcass..I've spent years on Pirellis which are nice and soft. Did have Dunslips for a while but they were super rigid and followed every tram line and rut in the road which made them feel nervous. I preferr a soft tyre carcass which is more complaint and neutral as you roll over ruts and poor road surfaces.

They have been good in wet an dry, but to be honest, you will have to take the leap of faith, whatever I say my not be how you see them when they are on. I dont think you will be disappointed, obviously Nuts stuck some on and liked them. There is a massive amount of tread on them, they heat up well enough. The carcass it not soft, but not rock hard either.
Do it and give them a whirl, if they dont meet your taste, whip them off and sell them. someone will buy them

Z8s would be my shout. I used them on the Z1000SX all year round. No issues at high speed, warm up quickly and stable when cold. They're pretty cheap as well.

Steer clear of the Roadtec 01s. Great tyre but I found them slow steering.

PR5s are very popular for all year round riding.

Really? Have a look at them in person because PRs have been famously flat profile for as far back as the PR2.

Not that I'd buy them again but the Bridgestone BT023 and very similar in profile T30 are much sportier profiles than the PRs.

Take a look in person before you buy them if profile is a concern to you

I'm not sure exactly which tyre it was or even if they're still available but I had a CBF600 courtesy bike with Continental tyres which looked similar to the Pirelli Angels and they were amazing!

Ultimate grip wasn't insane but hot, cold, wet, dry it just gave the same grip levels. It really didn't like drain covers though

PR4s were horrible things. Worst tyre i have ever had yet others rave about them. The rear profile was sporty and the front flat and square. They seemed mismatched to me and they wore to make it even worse.

Photo looks like the tyre before it's been put on a wheel, and has been stacked up with others for a while.
I have had many tyres arrive to me looking simular in profile, changes once on the wheel.
However saying that I would not ride on Maxxis tyres....the only good thing that had Maxxis written on them was the girls, on the grid and shows

I think the 1250RS I went out on had z8 fitted. What ever they were they were confidence inspiring from the off and felt quick steering.
