3 Bike Garage

Post by Cav »

Everyone has their list..

..let us share

Doesn't have to be specific bikes, could just be type of bikes you would own.

1) Track Bike - I would love to have a WSS spec ZX6R

2) Road Bike - A super naked with mild touring ability. Something like a Tuono 1100 - would consider 765RS

3) I'm torn between a dual sport and a supermoto but either way, something for lower speed shenanigans

MV Agusta F3 800 for the weekend warrior warp speed fun

Bling garage:

H2 Carbon for hooligan shit
MV Agusta Veloce RC for touring
MV Superveloce 800 Serie Oro for staring at in a slightly unnatural and unnerving way

I've been an MV fan boy ever since they released the first Senna limited edition. I love that bike. It's stunning.

In the real world I’m not a million miles away from it:

Ducati track bike - if I’m honest a blinged up 959 Panigale would be enough

Multistrada 1260S

Street Triple 765RS for those days where I wanted a quick thrash on the road.

Ducati.....or even a Bimota DB-8.
A Yamaha. Or an MV.
Stuff like that.

I've got the GT as my all-rounder.
The track bike would be a gsxr 1000
And a middle weight road bike that can be thrashed without smashing every speed limit in moment's probably a Duke 790.

And there are only two you will ever see. :D

I must confess that one style of bike that does appeal more and more to me is a smaller proper off-road capable adventure bike. Like the new Yamaha 700 Tenere or the KTM 790 Adventure R.

One of the best looking sportbikes ever. Big slab-sided bodywork without a gazillion vents & holes to spoil the lines.

The price and reviews of the new Yamaha 700 Tenere are very good. I'd want one as a 'does it all' bike.

Picking 3 bikes from the show

MV Agusta Turismo Lusso for the distance riding, general pottering about stuff
Ducati V2 for the high speed stuff
Honda CRF450 Rally for backrroad/off road giggles
