I daren't try the Tuono as I know I would want one and I don’t really want the hassle of owning an Aprilia again plus the dealership network is crap.

There's a "hollowness" to it that I quite like. Like it's been hooked up to an Ibanez Tube Screamer!!

I hope MOT testers stay sympathetic to none OEM cans on older bikes :?

Carlin Dunne has had a big crash on the last run in to the finish line. No news on his condition at the moment.

I was reading the tributes to other riders who've died on the peak.....one guy crashed & died after crossing the finish line! That's gotta suck....a true "Silver Dream Racer" moment.

IIRC the finish line has about 50m of tarmac before turning into a gravel car park.

Tragic news though, surviving the entire stretch of dangerous tarmac then dying after completing it :(
