Accounts over two months overdue. Not a good sign.

They're just starting to deliver the new models. I suspect they want to wait for the money to come in before they tell the world they're not in a good financial place.

Been given two months to get things in order or the company will be dissolved and become the property of The Crown, apparently........I'll bet the Queen is delighted.

Hopefully it's not as bad as some people in the press might have us believe. Hope not anyway.

Did anyone see the guy in Trackday Addicts asking about his rights etc? He bank transferred £22k into Norton's accounts for a V4SS then heard the news yesterday

You do not file accounts over two months late without good reason. There is no way at all its an oversight.

If they wanted to, the Company could have extended their year end so that the accounts would have been due much later.

I thought that Duke but know you have a better insight in to these matters.

I truly hope Stuart Garner is telling the truth as lying will only make this terrible situation much worse.

Reminders would have been sent to the company before the strike off action was commenced. They would have had at least one reminder in January and another in February. Strike off action is started by Companies House when those reminders are ignored. I notice today that Companies House says that the strike off action has been discontinued yesterday but no accounts have been filed. Obviously someone has promised accounts by a certain date but not yet sent them in.

Anyone who knows about how these things work would see that what Mr Garner is saying does not add up.

Doing things like this would have a significant negative impact on the Company's credit rating.

Just watched that muppet who does a bike show, he built a custom Norton and took it to the factory.
Not sure how long ago that was ?

They also did a piece on CCM, I have to say I was not impressed with their intention on the spitfire, build a limited number, then saw the orders coming in, (cash signs flashing in eyes) thought ok we can't build it as it is let's build versions of the same thing.... if your intention is to generate interest with something unique, and get the Demand for this unique one off (150 units I believe) get the forward orders in, bit of a slap in the face to then build loads more, albeit slight differences, not why people ordered them is it!

Goes for a test ride, can't even get the stand down without getting off the bike first lol.....design flaw.

I saw this yesterday too, I didn't realise Norton is under fire at the moment, I wouldn't of thought it after seeing Norton signing a rider for TT

Still not filed their accounts though, so it was no oversight.
