Is it me or has that rear shock top mount moved back a couple of inches and now mount on the subframe or a rearward extension of the main frame?

Wonder if there is a significant handling benefit?

Apparently so.

The engineering on these latest bikes is stunning but unless you are prepared to take it on track often, i cannot see there is really much of a incentive to buy one.
The V4 Panigale i tried earlier this year is so fast that its a certainty it would be a licence loser or a serious accident waiting to happen. The temptation to open that throttle and feel the acceleration is just too great to resist.

I liked the asymmetry of those older headlights.

Having said that.....the new ones look much better.
