You know, in someways I hate riding in very high temps more than 0 to 5 degrees. It too takes the fun out when you are overheating

Have you used the bike this week?

Car every day for me. I hate it but the roads around work and home are still icy. It was very slippery this morning.

There was ice on the roads this morning so I took the car. To be honest I'll probably stick with the car this week. If I use the bike I'll only have to clean it at the weekend and there's enough to do so close to Christmas without having to start worrying about the Kwak getting a wash.

Fwiw your weather forecast is for steadily improving temperatures through to Xmas. ( I only know this because Deany is heading down to Worcestershire for a few days).
Black ices everywhere here.

Still completely iced over here in Buxton. Struggle to walk, never mind get the bike out.

completely clear in Kent, but then we had barely any snow to begin with, I'm just not using the bike coz I keep having to drop little one off at various relatives and nursery each morning and its frowned upon to put a 17 month old on the back of the bike....apparently.....
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...

I went on the bike today. My estate was icy, but got on to main roads and it was ok.

However, the works carpark, especially the new section to the visitor centre carpark was like a super thin ice layer. Couldn't see it, but very slippy. I very nearly came off as I was so used to grit roads.
