They use them here also....had one over our neighborhood on The Fourth monitoring/looking for illegal fireworks.....or at least that's what I assumed it was looking for.

And it turns out they're fecking fast as well....

New drone claims Guinness World record with a top speed of 163 mph

The team noted that it actually hit a top speed of 179.6 miles per hour when flying with this prototype, but not on the 100 meter course Guinness had specified for the record setting run.
