This Moped nicking disease is becoming an epidemic as well, and now someone is really badly injured because these scumbags shits decide that someone as a bike that they want and so they follow him for some distance and then attack the rider in broad daylight.

I am not a nornally violent person but.....Anyone caught running these bastards over and causing serious injury to them should be given a medal

It's not just in London. Birmingham and Manchester have got issues as well with 2 wheel crimes on the increase. Everyone knows that the Police can't chase them, so they nick bikes and mopeds and use them for crimes. I reckon I see helmetless riders at least once a week.

I was riding to the dealers last night to drop off the SX. After I came off the motorway I was filtering along a dual carriageway in heavy traffic when I clocked a bike ahead with 2 riders on it, neither had helmets on. In front of them were 2quad bikes. I dropped back and hid behind a van so I couldn't be seen. I never want to be robbed, let alone when I'm going to drop off a bike I've sold.

Haven't the police in London just this week uncovered a lock up with loads of stolen bikes inside? Maybe as a result of this incident.

I have heard the latest ploy is they stick a cheap tracker to parked bikes in London and then just steal them in the night when the bike is parked up at home.

Even when they are put before the courts they think its funny. It makes me wonder if he can now be done for contempt of court which carries a prison sentence?

Not quite sure what to make of the bikers comments re dealing with the Brizzle bike thieves, the Police aren't going to step up anytime soon and theft is low on their priority list. If the bikers have pgot enough people and information to deal with the problem I'd have thought they've got sense enough to keep it quiet. Having said that as soon a major player is touched they'll just move to another town and set up again.

Tell the police you thought you saw a gun. They'll soon turn up.

:?
Not a lot of motorcycle theft in Saudi.
I suppose it stands to reason really; Repeat offenders would find throttle & front brake control "challenging"..

Just sayin.. 8)
