I'm not sure. I would need to see it in my bike mirrors to be certain

Cars aren't fun just a necessary part of my life so i may as well do it in as much comfort as i can afford. I've even gone with an auto box this time.

Though this one isn't, some fairly mundane cars are genuinely very quick now.

That's a beautiful car Duke. I have always admired Audi Avant's. Which model and colour did you go for ?

Made up for you mate. Its a lovely car and you work hard enough, you deserve to treat yourself. Enjoy it, which I'm sure doesn't even need saying.

Its an SE Technik 2.0Tdi with Multitronic gearbox.

The spec is quite amazing. Full blown satnav with instant traffic updates, 40gb hardrive for music, leather all through, heated seats, cruise control... it wants for nothing.

I had an unexpected bonus, most of which has gone to sensible use but i have kept some for this little treat.

It is indeed. I was sold the moment I drove it tbh. Way better than the competition for driving experience.

I get it April 12th.... Can't wait! (But I have to :()

that bike is super low mileage for 4 years old spud... i would be dubious buying that..

However, we have just had a small overhaul on the house, cost a fair bit, and am skint now. I was going to buy an RC8 or S1000rr instead, but spent it on the house. The house looks nice, but i can't ride it.

I wish i had bought a bike instead..... LOL.

Super trick cookie 8) just out of interest did you test drive anything else or was it a choice of one ? I only ask as I will be in the market for a sports car come the end of summer.

I had a new 981 boxster for a few hours and I've driven a 911 before too. I always wanted a Porsche until I tested the F-Type. I only popped into the dealer to have a look, 2 days later I bought one :)

The Boxster was brilliant at everything, but lacked excitement compared to the jag. Plus you see a lot of them. The noise this jag makes is something else, plus it's clearly faster than the Porsche and much more adjustable. It's like driving a fighter plane :) and pretty rare too. It's a once in a lifetime decision for me.

3 weeks and counting...... (clap)
