I know you spent some serious money on gear Kwacky and to be fair with the amount of mileage you cover it's well worth it. We have experienced rain for the past 4 or 5 days down here!!

WHEN WILL IT STOP RAINING?

And it was day of the dickheads today. As soon as I pulled off the car park I had my first twat to deal with as he decided I shouldn't be filtering. It went downhill from there.

Nice dry ride both ways for a change.

Popped to a local shop to grab a new pinlock, and got them to fit it. Guess where I'm going on Monday! It was 4 degrees and I had all the vents open, see if you can spot the clear bit.Image

Stating the obvious, but...
It's been really wet & humid recently. If the pinlock was fitted in a warm shop the air would quite possibly have been very heavy with moisture, If the pinlock was installed in that environment wouldn't it be likely that, as soon as the visor was exposed to cold, that airborn moisture would condense on the inside of the sealed surfaces.?
Fwiw I always aim to perform such tasks on cold dry days.

Fair point, but it stayed clear of the ride from the shop to the office. It was 4 hours after that I rode home and got fogged up.

Jeez that is dreadful. Unless the silicone didn't actually seal correctly.

Popped out on the bike today along with 8 others. There was a guy on an S1000RR on Supercorsas- it was frosty when we set out!

Went from a 30 to a 60 zone on a bend and had my tyres almost kick me off. Felt a bit awkward for a few mins after that.

65miles total it was cold!

Wished I had another way of getting into work.

-2, icy roads, and really low and bright sun do not make for a pleasant ride. Not helped by the fecking idiots following inches from my rear wheel.

The sun was a pain this morning. I found the roads reasonably grippy considering though. Due to no rain for a short while.

The overnight temperature is going to be sub-zero for the next couple of nights and there is a weather warning for fog tomorrow morning. I've been a tart and hired a car, would rather keep the bike (and me) in one piece.
