Sounds good let us know if the updates make a difference.

It's strange now but many performance upgrades these days are just changing the order of some 1 and 0 in a program :?

First impressions are that the bike feels like it's been properly set to my weight, it wasn't bad before but now is more refined over bumps and settles instantly after some ripples in Street mode (My usual one).
Comfort mode had no damping but now is actually comfortable for just pottering around.

Sport is firm, and feels very planted in fast corners while still dealing with bumps and ripples nicely.

The engine update has made it smoother in the low and mid range and no lack of torque either.
I'm very impressed with the difference, the new brakes are bedded in now and just work so well, it's like a new bike compared to a month ago.

Getting withdrawal symptoms, this is the longest I've gone without riding a bike since Feb.

Best mod I’ve done to the Multi was exactly that Blade. Pulled the Ducati SCU out and fitted a Öhlins SCU, changed all the preload settings to 1 which transformed the electronic adjustable suspension to semi-active suspension. Made a huge difference, especially in nose dive and rear squat.

I love how you guys have bikes making suspension tweeks for you and there's me wth suspension that's fvcked and only has 3 clicks of preload adjustment in the forks, rebound that doesn't change and a shock which does it's own thing each session (lol)

Us mere moral riders need all the help we can get.

Bearing in mind I still ride to the edge of the tyres on my 30 yr old GB with twin marshmallow rear suspension and equally lacking front suspension (happy)

Took Jess’ daughter Leila and then my lad Byron (both 12) for their first bike rides. Just 20 km up the road and back for them both. Byron was really anxious but just gently eased him in around the neighbourhood then out onto the open road. I have helmet intercoms so was able to chat to him the whole way and ensure he was ok. Leila was a trooper and 2 minutes out on the road wanted to go faster (lol). Gave them both a gentle squirt up to the ton on the way back. Byron got off with the biggest grin and really surprised himself how much he enjoyed it. Was nice to have him with me on the bike finally and see him overcome a major fear.

He doesn’t like photos so Jess snuck one from the back

Leila isn’t as shy (lol)

They both are keen to go out again and for longer so that’s a great win (y)

Was going to try and meet Frankie in Marlborough this Morning but it was raining when I got up, will arrange for another day.
Fitted the CF air duct covers on the 999, gonna see if I can get a cheeky spin and back to Fowlers avoiding any showers.

Met some friends at Squires and now at Sandsend just north of Whitby, about to order some dinner.

The bike is performing magnificently, doesn't feel like I'm pushing at all but used all of the rear tyre and it's more stable at speed, easier to ride at low speed with the smoother throttle.

Put another 70 miles on the clock so it's ready for its first service on Tuesday.

It is in all honesty probably the only bike I need.
