Took the Ducati out for an hour.

I had forgotten how quick that engine is.

Didn't get rained on.

Measured it for a longer exhaust can, 450mm sleeve length is going to look huge compared to the little carbon can but may not give me a headache (raaar)

£90 and looks kinda like an Akrapovic... I can shorten it if it's too silly looking.

Lextek are great exhausts. My mate has an original prototype of theirs and its been great for years. Super quiet and very light!!

The bike has the Lextek 4-1 system on it and is mapped, but the previous owner didn't bother blocking the air injection system so the backfires are thunderous... Fun when I'm out for a blast, kinda annoying when I'm on an all day ride.

I'm putting new fluid in the reservoir (I've never been able to do a full bleed properly with this current brake setup).

I'll be getting everything together tomorrow night ready for travelling to the trackday wednesday.

Ordered some blingy indicators, not had the streaming ones on long but a pair of 3 in 1 Rizoma Club S popped up on eBay... Used but as new for just over the price of 1 new one.

Took her out for a thrash to Lucy's Tea Room 150 miles in total

However the route I selected was crap. To many main roads not enough B Roads and to top it all everywhere was busy. Had to finish the ride on some local roads just so I can feel like I did get something a bit thrilling from it. I would prefer to be riding at 60mph on roads that many would ride at 40mph on than riding a road that I ride at Cough cough cough speeds that a 5 year old could match me on. I was left feeling a tad empty

I really need a proper ride on some decent B roads
