It's not too dissimilar to the old one. I still use the same motorway, but I join it a junction sooner and it's a lot quicker to get to from my old house, which took me through a lot of busy residential roads.

I'm going to have a play on the way home and check out the local routes home. There's some good roads around Barnt Green and that area

Not my bike but I spannered for a mate in the classic boldor endurance race. Great experience but wow stressful is an understatement.

Still route finding. Took another way to the motorway. Great little roads but they're going to be shitty from late autumn with leaves. I suspect they'll be pretty bad with frost as well in winter.

Only 40 minutes this morning to do the 35 miles to work. Not back going.

I completely get what you mean about stressful, I have spannered for my mates a few times in the no limits endurance race series (he actually won the title this season) but it is mega stressful watching them roll back down pitlane thinking, did I remember to tighten everything....
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...

Its my mates bike he had Johnathan Lodge and Stephen Neate riding for him.
We were leading in the night session till a misfire happened. Then after a few frantic pit stops the engine went bang.
Then we swapped the motor over night
We lead on the road in the morning session until engine number 2 went KABOOOM

Ouch! Sorry to hear your teams bike went pop Rocket, were the two engine failures related (other than in the same bike).
P.S. The brolly tart looks a lot like a mate of mine from Work!

The first engine was a 870 big bore. It sounded tight as soon as we started it the first day. I suspect the cam chain was to tight and eventually jumped or let go.

The second was getting over reved it used all its oil in the first hour. We had the means to inject more but before we could get chance it went pop I think it was nipping as it came into the pits.

I did a beautiful rear slide coming off a junction.

Off topic but is that locker for your biking gear? I'm not sure if I should keep my kit in the house or the garage.

I keep my gear in the garage, but in winter it doesn't dry enough, so next morning it is still soggy and cold. Horrible putting on cold wet biking gear.

My day to day stuff I bring into the house. It's the stuff like the leathers, waterproofs and spare jackets, helmets and gloves.

Part of me thinks it would make sense and create space in the house if I had my biking gear in the garage but another part of me is paranoid that I'm kitting out potential bike thieves. The garage is warm so I don't have to worry about the kit getting mouldy.
