1st MOT today.... It failed!!! (facepalm)

On a rear reflector, one was then stuck onto the number plate, chuckled at the tag on the plate about cake and then passed (nod) 8)

Took the bike to Croft race circuit. Morning session muted, and disappointing as a few people passed me in the Advanced group. Changed the rear sprocket up 1for the afternoon. What a difference, 1 guy passed me, but i followed him round for the full session, Had opportunities to pass, but i thought i would learn his lines. Talked to the guy afterwards, he's done croft over 50 times, me 3 times. knocked 5 secs of my PB, by just following him.
Thrashed my bike today :)

100 mile chilled ride with my dad to Abingdon Blade and back. Took a look around the bikes. Really want a test ride but like I've said in the past I can't seem to get over the asking part so never do!! But an enjoyable day out was had by both!

And since fitting the exhaust ive been on the phone to kent police as theres 2 lads 2 up on a 125, no plates, no helmets in balaclaves with hoods up scouting my road out, chained the mt09 through the fork to the frame of the honda and alarmed disc lock on both and locked in my garage up so hoping ill be ok, little scrotes, clearly looking for bikes to steal

Nice ride home. Come off the motorway. First set of lights are red so I filter to the front, wait and pull off.

Second set are red as I see them so I filter up but they go to green as I get to the line, so I hammer off.

I take my exit and the bike is cranked over to the left when I reaslise there's a big black X5 next to me, giving it some beans. He overtakes me, I give chase. I'm in the left lane, he's in the right. I come up to a van and have to filter between the van and the X5. I decide to call it a day so I pull over and let the X5 go by. As we come to the roundabout I catch up the X5, which is going straight on and I'm turn left. As I look over to the right to check the roundabout is clear but the X5 is in my eyeline.

What's that I spot?

Two blokes, both wearing black shirts, both with radios on their left shoulder

feckityfeckityfeck

I carry on but they've slowed right down at the round about and I can't decide if they're deciding to follow me or not. They don't.

I've no idea if they were police, fire service, private security or something else. I didn't get pulled, which is good. My worry is that it's the police and all of the above is on video.

If they were videoing you and you were committing an offence I believe they have to stop you with in a specific distance otherwise they are allowing a dangerous act they have spotted to continue unnecessarily.

Think your ok buddy.

I think you're riight Blade. The time to pull me was when I squeezed past them and the other vehicle.

Like I say, I don't even know if it was old bill.

Perhaps they were too embarrassed to pull me over seeing as I was on the Versys :D

We had a black X5 doing the rounds about here a couple of months ago but its was focusing solely on catching drivers using their mobiles.

The guys in the X5s are probably the most cool guys when it comes to traffic offences and they know the difference between dangerous and quick.

They also have a lot bigger things to be dealing with than a rider who is clearly experienced going a bit quick and filtering at progressive speeds

The guy who trained me for my IAM assessment said that "80mph indicated is closer to a true 70mph so do that".. love that guy! haha

Sage advice :D

I don't know what the accuracy is on the Kwak. I've got a phone app I use on the car. The Nissan is about 4% out, the Mazda about 8% but the latter is 20 years old.
