Thanks for the warm welcome Nice bike D6nutz, I've been over on rsvr.net and seen some good reviews from griffs work will be heading there when I can afford some exhausts etc. for a tune up.

in the mean time the throttle cables are stretched so there's play in the throttle which is really annoying when trying to balance the throttle into a corner so going to order some of those.

Took it out for a blast on Tuesday and got covered in fuel as its leaking from the cap , so after a bit of research and a oring I sorted that yesterday I hope.

I've also installed a better side stand as the original is BAD used a black bird one.
"80mph" sorry officer I possibly could not have done that I'm no Valentino Rossi.

Which year blackbird was the stand from? And was it a straight switch?

It's always something that's bugged me.

On the subject of cans, if you want to keep costs down you could look into coring a set of standard ones. I picked mine up for about 50 notes off eBay.
