Fwiw, whilst I am entirely in agreement with the case (almost all public servants & the majority of private sector employees must pay for their own meals) I would only have signed if it had been a uGov Poll that may actually mean something.

Waiting for the next u turn.

Johnson and Co have **** up big time this time. Its not the kids fault they don't get fed, regardless of the reason it does happen.

The Tory MP who claimed meal vouchers ended up in brothels and crack dens, also claimed £203,000 in expenses last year.

How many dinners would this fund? There are going to be a lot of Tory MPs who find their constituents will not forget how they voted in this one.

the government restrictions are unconstitutional , immoral and probably illegal , he stops just short of saying illegal , he breaks down the acts they have used and why they have used them . It's very interesting and I'm not a legal professional .

Cheers. I'll take a look over the weekend.

There's been a lot of discussion about this on twitter. Patel's talk of "liberal lawyers" is aimed at immigration lawyers publicly, but the legal profession knows it's a wider target than that. A lot of constitutional and human rights have been vocal about the changes this government has made under the cloak of covid. I've posted about it a couple of times.

The government have for a few years been positioning themselves to be above legal scrutiny. That's a dangerous step.

Is that the result of every single thing they do being dissected under a microscope these days, or another ulterior motive...??
