I've sent an email off to Oxford with photos and proof of purchase.

I doubt I'll get anything but if you don't ask.

I have offered to send the cover to them for them to look at so they can see how it failed.

It looked OK last time I took it off, but tbh I didn't really check.

Cheers for the heads up but I've already bought a replace protex.
