Answered emails on a Sunday and agreed to exchange a motobatt battery that was out of warranty.

Can't fault that attitude and may well persuade me to spend some cash there.

He's even given me his mobile number so I can get in touch out of hours.

It's one thing buying the cheapest but good customer service means a lot more to me.

Thats dedication, company sounds very good. Customer service is always number one. I still find it funny when I walk into a bike dealer and they remember my name even if I haven't spent money there for a year or so! Makes you feel more special in a way!
