A little help...

Post by Rossgo »

In finding a baffle for my Akrapovic slip on. I bought the bike with it already removed but considering getting one as finding it a little too loud for comfort at the mo.

Here's a couple of pics of what exhaust it is. ImageImage

Have found one on eBay however I checked the measurements and it doesn't quite match unless I have measured the wrong areas...don't want to pay out the money and find it doesn't fit!!

The obe on eBay is described for hexagonal, megaphone and evolution exhaust.

It's not a big deal but if I get the spare cash then would like to buy one. Do you think if I rang up akrapovic they would sell only the baffles or would it be more expebsive doing it that way.

Any help would be great appreiated...just a minor problem anyway and nor sonething I can't live with just would mind being pointed in the right direction and not getting the wrong on wasting cash lol!

Many thanks

I'm sure places like akra would sell the baffles seperately. Can you find a daeler for them locally? Normally on akra's own site it might point you to the uk dealers in your area.

Just come and ride behind me for a bit, the noise it makes will probably make you feel a bit more comfortable and save you some cash in the process ;) :D

Thankyou just ordered the part from this company. £45 plus postage if any one else needs/wants one. However there is a 4-5 week wait in the UK at the moment!

Next on the shopping list in the coming months is crash protection
