I ache a fair bit , which pisses me off and I get tired and breathless very quickly but considering the situation I'm doing really well (imo), had a good weekend a Cadwell which improved my spirits somewhat as I was feeling a bit down and sorry for myself .

Over the weekend racked up a few kms on the Multi. Jess is up at Tamworth 5 hours away doing a regional placement so had friends watch the kids and rode up Saturday morning and back Sunday afternoon. Weather gods definitely smiled ...

Not updated this for a while as I really haven't done anything except for a 1250 mile long weekend to Scotland around Oban. The bike performed perfectly handling the luggage and miles with ease whilst returning mid 60's mpg, 200 miles from the 15L tank is very doable ...

I've taken the grab handles off the bike. I'm going to see if I can paint them and put a coating on. The paint shouldn't come off after one weekend away but there's a few complaints from owners of the newer bikes about thin paint.
