Re: Journey to Biking

... guru on here, who I believe I recall has often proposed that engines may actually be better if treated less carefully. Getting used to your bike before blatting it about, has got to be an excellent side effect though. Lovely weather for a few days now...: Enjoy. :)

Abba Sky lift

Got a little bit of spare cash from selling a few bike bits. Enough to buy an Abba skylift. Anyone used or got one? I'm trying to see any downside before splashing the cash but cant see any. Would be very useful to have. bending down for long periods gets harder to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=495&v=2oC8kFmIsvc

Re: I know it's wrong

Re: Weekend Plans

It's made of glass.

Last year I got kicked in the hand during Taekwondo sparring and I damaged the main index finger knuckle. It took about 9 months before it stopped hurting and it's not been the same since.

Re: Weekend Plans

... down at the beach tomorrow. It's also shift change weekend, so I'll be staying up as late as possible on Saturday to get some sleep on Sunday before I hit another 2 weeks of nights. But not before watching UFC early doors Sunday and hopefully seeing McGregor get his prick face smashed in!

Re: A weekend jaunt to Scotland.

... camera. All of my pictures are from my LG G6. It was a fantastic weekend despite a lack of sleep (room mate snored like nothing I have ever heard before) and a technical issue, I updated the Garmin and it freaked out not knowing where it was or how to find a route... Fixed now with another update. ...

Re: Scott Redding in BSB with Ducati

Good spot Duke (y) you got there before Scott (rock)

Media had said he would announce on instrgram this morning but despite regular checks there has been nothing so far.

Should be good for the series, but shame Shakey has gone, especially under circumstances he did.

Re: Front wheel noise

Dunno. I've not heard it before. I've no idea what it causing it.

Why would the pads make a clicking noise when the wheel goes backwards but not forward? (you have to remember I'm mechanically inept).

Re: Silverstone loses its FIM licence

Under new FIM rules, tracks require safety homologation on an annual basis meaning Silverstone will need an inspection before next year’s race. Considering recent events that inspection is likely to be more rigorous than ever. All tracks seemingly need an inspection every year now ...

I hope you spend the next 72 hours in an NBC suit for a pointless exercise.

I’ve been there before, but it was winter in NZ and the NBC gear made for a nice warm sleeping bag.
