My form started to go on 140 so I only did 3 reps. My shoulders dropped forward so my back became rounded.

That said I doubt I would have done more than 5.

Not sure what I could do max. 150 should be doable.

Not sure on what mileage I normally get with mine, I just tend to change them when the gear changes start to feel a bit clunky. i.e when you let the clutch out. The only one I didn't feel like I got much mileage out off was ...
