... off either of their arms for their cigs, hot or otherwise. Perception, eh? Fitness wise, this is the longest I've been healthy in just over two years, following a pair of bike crashes, and I've made the most of it. Got right back on my gym work and I'm loving it. :)

This day 3 years ago I rode my bike current bike for the second time in 3 inches of snow. I did of course stop for the mandatory photo - I'm hoping it's on my facebook memories today so I can share it.

I nearly dropped it when trying to get back on the bike though! haha

Driving standards in the UK are some of the worst in western Europe now from what i have experienced in the last couple of years...and there are just too many vehicles on the roads.

Thanks everyone.. it was a different birthday to previous years and I must say I enjoyed it. My birthday's always midweek so I never bother taking it as holiday but there was the majority of the people that matter to me at my house when I got home :) ...

... in the snow, the Merc C class I had was the worst by far, even when I touched the brake with a feather touch it just locked up and slid, about 2-3 years ago I got about half way to work shitting myself but gave up and abandoned it in a car park and walked home, useless thing in the snow.
