Nearly 1500 kms now. It's loosened up nicely now and definitely revs faster too. I need a decent fly screen for touring i reckon, but its fine without a screen for blatting round the lanes. I remember when Frankie had his 1000RR when they came out. So quick.

When we went to the IOM it was pulling away from the RC8 once it got to higher revs - amazing to watch.

At the moment i think it would need to be a lot of money. The KTM isn't quite there but it is improving with Espargaro. I can't see Smith lasting the season if Kalio has another good run.

Oooh - proper oil that. It's the only thing KTM recommend i think.

Thats very positive news. They have done a fantastic job. I'm positive the quality is much higher on mine than the old ones 10/15 years ago.
