... the size should have been 'right'.....it was an 'Asian' lid...designed for someone of Asian descent (obviously!)...more of an issue when buying here....there's a tag somewhere on the boxes to clue in the sales staff.....and make no mistake - if an "ARAI budget lid" doesn't fit you ...

Here you go, side by side photos. You can see that the Nolan is much wider which allows them to get more padding in. There's very little between them in weight though.

... but always came back, as it does when the dealer replaces it with a new one in fairness. CCT seems to be a Kawasaki weak point unfortunately. There is a trick to get it to ratchet out and take up the slack if you Google it. Be interested to here Mikes take on it.
