Washed 2 weeks of bugs, tar and road grime off the bike and went over it twice first with Muc-off speed polish then again with quick detailer... I even washed the panniers. Then thoroughly cleaned and lubed the chain. Off to the dealer tomorrow to get a quote for a new key as the ...

That looks like a tricky track, really narrow.

Might have to pop up with the camera if you go again before the Greensands crew open up again. I've been missing the MX photography.

... impacted actually also tore some ligaments n my upper arm and shoulder, such that when my shoulder healed & I started to use my arm properly again I found that if I reach back to lift I am hit with an almost crippling pain. That issue is still with me a year on, and VERY annoying. Hope you ...

Clock up 200 miles on Sunday riding down to the coast via some nice roads (never been on before) through the New Forest. The only time I dont get ants in my pants when riding at 20 mph and 30 mph ha ha ha..... Nice views.
Again more time on the Street was enjoyable.

I did a Thai style chilli chicken. It smelled delicious but there wasn't much flavour.

Went to the Forest of Dean for some off-piste mountain biking.

On the way home, I regretted leaving as early as I did so stopped by my local woods and went mountain biking again!

Happy days. Inflation down but not by much and not as much as predicted.

Food inflation is running at about 19%

Mortgage rates are expected to go up again.

Gas prices are expected to be reduced but not by much and no changes to standing charges.

This is pure capitalism, nothing more.
