... comes from is the alloy sprockets. And not sure about the gen3 but the gen4 only has a 525 chain as stock which is quite unusual as most powerful road bikes are 530 as stock. Personally speaking unless you like wasting money and changing chains I would stay with OEM spec abd size of chain and ...

I've given up my gym membership now.. Totally lost all motivation for going.
I just do running club now, which is usually twice a week but sometimes three. I've coupled that with cycling a bit. Now I've converted my mountain bike into a hybrid it's much easier to cycle distances on the road.

Yea definitely wouldn't rush into a suit Blade take your time and like you said think about it. If it's uncomfy or too tight then that's all your think about when your riding and will distract your attentions from the road.

I hear good things about Maxton and they do a lot of stuff for the road racers at the nw200 and TT so must be good on the road.

Christ that must of hurt. I saw it on FB but didn't quite understand what happened as it obviously looks like the driver tried to run the biker off the road. But when he came out saying he had kids in the back that just didn't add up to me
