Normally that would bring me to a cramping horrendous mess due to my yeast intolerance, but the cider brewery do a thin sour dough base and quality cheeses and I thought "feck it" lets give it a go. 7 hrs later and still good!

Not quite today, but Thursday last week my daughter Jorja asked to go for a hoon on the bike.
