... sent to France but after the Somme battle. We have found out he became part if the Yorkshire regiment that became known as the Barnsley Pals even though he was from Norfolk. The visits to Ypres and the Somme were so moving and to think that these cemeteries have been kept so perfectly for so long. ...

Re: New road going Desmosedici?

It's definitely a Desmosedici tank and frame. Don't think it's the MotoGP bike though as I don't think that has a black frame.

Re: 400kmph

I would give it a go( not on a bridge though).

There is no way you could ride at that speed without being totally out of the windblast so doubt you would appreciate the actual speed you were going.

... miles on it yet. Plus they are way too much of a beast for me, I tried a ZZR 14 last year, but it was a bit heavy for me, eye wateringly quick though. I have the option to work tomorrow, which looking at the weather forecast, I think I will take up. Birmingham here I come. :(

Re: ENGINE Problem - Help Needed

The only common problem I know about with the ZX10R is the fuel line from the pump getting kinked. This problem is usually noticed under full load though as the kink is a weakness and the 'vacuum' causes the fuel line to close. I don't imagine it would cause your symptoms but it might be worth ...

Under controlled conditions I'd have a crack, whether I'd have the balls to go all the way is another story.

I wouldn't fancy doing it on that bridge though, no much room for error!

Re: Seamless gearbox on a road bike?

My money is on Ducati or Aprilia being first. Japanese companies are rarely the first at these things as profit is their ultimate goal. They seem better at evolution and refinement though Honda were very good at innovation at one time.

Re: Seamless gearbox on a road bike?

Fair enough.. Aprilia only updated the RSV last year though so why would they be updating it already? that doesn't make sense to me. As for Honda, they've had patents on DCT gearboxes for a while now but they're still very heavy; hence why the seamless ...

The irony is he's not actually that left wing. What he is though is someone that actually gives a shit and doesn't put himself or his party before the people.

Mallory Park 2016-06-26 - a Nutz point of view

... so you really can use session to work on more than one section of the track at a time. I haven't had a lot of success with Mallory and the weather though, so the recent forecasts had me bricking it a bit. The weekend before saw the usual prep on the bike and a few requests for favours. Someone ...

The triple just isn't powerful enough though... I'd like one but having sat on one it felt heavy, that and the distinct lack of power put me off !!

I agree about the looks, but going on the tweets I see everyone who takes one out for a test ride seems to end up buying the MT10.
