I had about 120 miles around North Yorkshire with Gaz and found a nice little cafe for a snack before we headed home to beat the rain.

We also found a camera van hidden behind a bush, he saw us way before we saw him, sneaky...

Re: What ails you today?

... Alex went thru this a lot time ago. As you say it doesn’t have to pigeon hole anything but it does help him understand why he does things his own way sometimes rather than just doing things the way most others do. Our system loves to make individuals fit that system rather than let people be themselves. ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

One of the bonuses of London working is 20 mins each way of fast paced walks, 3 times a week. Add in lunchtime walks and I'm averaging 13-14k steps.

It may not be leafy green scenery, but it is interesting in other ways.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Been for a drive in the Volvo, it's pretty nice compared to my old banger. I called in to see if there was any update on the remap for the bike and so far there isn't, so I called in to pick up some new headphones on the way home.

Just about to wrap some chicken in bacon for tea.

The future needs to consist of Na-ion BEVs (no cobalt mining), HEVs and E-fuel ICE in my opinion. There is no way we can have just one or the other

Nah, way too cold in Tassie and even if they offered it, I’m well over flying away for work or doing shift work.

Went and got it dusty after the fog cleared up, went to a cafe which I have never seen open before and ignored the sat-nav on my way home so I hit some back lanes I have never seen before and had a fun little ride on my own. I like this Garmin XT, still getting used to it but it seems ...
