Re: Cav's Future

... it,I know for a fact if I had a degree I could earn twice as much money in sales but without one many companies would throw my cv in the bin even though I could do the job.You can also work in many different industries as long as you are degree educated. Although the bike shop thing sounds romantic ...

Oooooohhhh never though of that. Bonus (raaar)
Can't honestly say the K&N roars more than the Oem filter.

But then I guess Kawasaki always sound good on induction roar as stock anyway so hard to improve.

Bike felt crisper though (lol)

... i had got the wrong one. Quick drive down to get some of the right stuff. 300v 15.50 Motul Factory line. Bloody expensive stuff. Nice to see though that the recommended oil capacity is 3.5litres and once it was topped up to the max line there was 0.5l left in the 4 litre bottle.

Took the long way home. Couldn't believe that my hands were cold. Summer gloves should be worn this time of year.

Good ride home though, the SX handles surpisingly well for a big girl.

... in faster, etc, etc. It's pretty mad that a modern 600 with a bit of tuning (exhaust, air filter, remap) has the same power as 1000cc V-twins though

Never been pulled for it but even when I got pulled while wearing it they didn't say a thing - even though it was at night.

I don't wear a black visor now anyway, I wear a light smoke - useable in every condition

I agree with you there - coach drivers are terrible, as are taxi drivers.

HGV drivers are usually pretty good though. as are Birmingham bus drivers. Both sets of drivers normally spot me and move out of the way for me.

If I wasn't at Pembrey and I had tax and a working front brake light switch I would have likely joined you...

Have a great day all - don't buy anything in the AV8 though, bloody expensive !!
