Limited range but way way better than any radio ones i've had before. The range is about 300m on the ones we have. Plus if she moans at me i just open up the di...

Hope it all works out for you, cav. Be prepared however for the most shambolic system of legal bullshit, excuses and laziness by so called professionals that will be part of the buying system. :D (nod) Perfectly put Duke. Fwiw I will be doing my own conveyancing next time. I've been told it's strai...

I don't think you will ever regret buying a house in the UK if you can afford it - financially it makes more sense than anything else. I've bought and sold quite a few houses, both to live in and as investments and they have looked after me each time. Houses are relatively expensive these days but h...

I was enjoying 14 hours of relatively normal levels of stress but now I'm back at fever pitch levels. We had until 430pm on the last day of February to exchange contracts on our house purchase. A dead line set by the builder after months of delays and arguing. We exchanged at 4 nail biting 29 pm on...

I don't think the lawyers have been needed to show their faces with this one. The Council jumped into bed with Tesco as soon as Tesco said they would spend some money doing up the area around the store. They did the same for many years to Meteor Ford in Moseley - we were getting a swanky new doctor...
