... advocate for having a fire blanket handy in the kitchen. I do a lot of advanced fire fighting training in my work and have changed my attitude to being prepared at home these days, as well as teaching the kids.

Went into work tried to work but after 45mins I knew I was ill so went back home. Now laying down on the sofa watching a film. Really annoyed about being I'll I hate it, I'm never ill and off work. Oh well day off with the cat I guess!
