... you get what you pay for. My MacBook was ridiculously expensive, but I use it for between 2 to 8 hours a day every day and will last for 5 to 6 years before it needs replacing. Apple gear is generally very good quality. Their Macbooks rarely break down according to my mates who use them.

... If the S7 lasts the two years then I'll consider it but to be honest I do like to upgrade my phones as I get bored with them. Iirc we discussed the battery apparently not being replaceable in them, so presumably an upgrade in two years ...

Iirc we discussed the battery apparently not being replaceable in them, so presumably an upgrade in two years will be almost inevitable. (smirk)

I test rode the z1000 a couple of years ago and liked it, but it's way too close to the z1000sx which is staying.

I've not ridden the BMW. Frankie won't give me the keys to his.

... where all flooded. To make matters worse, I forgot to move the contents insurance when we moved so unlikely to have any cover. The policy is 8 years old though, so in going to give then a call and see if they will help out. If not, fun weekend for me.

I only crashed once on my scooter but once I had my 2 stroke 125 I crashed 5 times in 5 months. The last one put me in hospital and shut the road for an hour... ***touches wood*** haven't had a crash since being on a big bike for over 5 years

... I have to leave home at 5.30am and wouldn't get back till 6.30-7 pm). I'm trying to talk my friend out of her 748S that has been parked up for 3 years, but not looking hopeful. So a supersport to fang solo while the kids are at school is quite tempting, and the Multi for the two up rides.

... the F1, the one they have this year is being developed to be under 200kg and it has a tuned CBR600RR motor on the back of it. It'll be a couple of years until I apply for it yet though.
